Just to follow up on this.

That's what I thought too.  However, the headers were identical.

For some reason the mail component library is not getting installed 
correctly.  I am now manually doing a "make install" in the mail 
directory *after* doing a "jhbuild buildone -a evolution".  Have to do 
it every time now.  Kinda odd.
