The fact that sometimes evo-webcal will use the description and
sometimes not, leads me to believe it uses the X-WR-CALNAME or
X-WR-CALDESC to display in the subscribe dialog.

Already done. Like I mailed to Rodney private I can bring this server
online if you want to test it. As I explained to him this is a
alpha/beta server that serves dynamic icalendars containing tv guides.=20
I can bring it online for testing, but it is not ready for primetime (at
all :) )
