[Evolution-hackers] Evolution 2.2 Development

Normal development can now resume on the CVS mainline, with the
following caveats:

1) Feature work that cannot be *totally* completed in one pass should be
written in a branch and then merged to the mainline.

2) Features should have design emails sent to the
evolution-hackers@ximian.com list so everyone knows whats going on and
to ensure a general solution is created.

3) Non-maintainers must still apply for patch approval in all
cases, as per usual.  I've updated the MAINTAINERS file for Evolution
and EDS.
