[Evolution-hackers] Attachment bar always open when composing new emai

Now there a fix for it. It wont be shown by default. If u dnd or attach a file, it'll be there otherwise it will be hidden.

Hi,

A bug has been opened on the Ubuntu bugzilla about evolution 2.3.2
having the attachement bar opened all the time.

I've forwarded it to the GNOME bugzilla:

I quite of agree with the submitter. Some people don't use attachments a
lot and have no use of this bar, and the hide/show option is a small
graphic detail which doesn't really complexify the UI ... any reason to
get ride of it?
