[Evolution] evolution and xinerama

Finally got my second head working (took a while, had some IRQ sharing
issues), and discovered to my dismay that evolution is completely
useless.....evo locks up just after startup.....running evolution -debug
and reading the logs doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

Looks like it's most likely a gtkhtml/oaf problem, but I thought I'd
check here first before bugging the developers, in case there is some
easy fix that I don't know about....
