[Evolution] Setting mailto handler for Galeon

    I want galeon to use evolution as its default mail
    handler, but I don't want a new copy to open if it is
    already running. 
    
    How should I set the mailto: URL handler in the Ximian
    control panel?


  `evolution %s'.  If Evolution is already running, this will just
create a new composer window.
