[Evolution] Evo and LDAP

Hi,
  I have been trying to get Evo work with LDAP but of
limited success. I saw a few posts about this but no
answers. 

Bigfoot and Verisign work, but my company's LDAP
server does not work. I dont know if it matters but
they use Netscape LDAP server and it works fine with
Netscape messenger and GQ LDAP that comes with Gnome.
My netscape messenger config is as follows:

LDAP server: ldap.company.com
Server Root: o=company.com

On Evo, I tried One, Sub and Base with the same
o=company.com and had no success (sometimes the ldap
module crashed). Any help would be appreciated.
