[Evolution] Change / Add program for opening attachments

Hi,
It depends on the version of evolution. If it's the gnome2 based
versions, then run gnome-control-center, select file types and
associations, then documents, then the doc type of interest, and change
the path (may be custom) to where the new version of soffice is
installed.
If it's gnome1.4 based version, the it's gnomecc and the rest is
similar.
