[Evolution] Encoding with 7bit mime

Hi,

I´m having some trouble with some servers that
reject 8bit mime encoding.

Really I don't understand why because they let 
outgoing mails coded in 8bit mime.

The problem is I cannot reply the mails directly (I must re-compose
them) and I cannot send attachments with other type of encoding (lets
say word document) because evolution encodes the text part of my message
in 8 bit mime.

Is there a way to change how evolution encodes a message ?
