[Evolution] Encoding with 7bit mime

I will give you some examples, I hope I can make myself more clear:

1. I receive a mail with a word document as an attachment.
2. When I reply this mail directly, with the reply button
   I recieve a message from the destination server:

   Subject: Nondeliverable mail

   ----- Transcript of session follows ------
   xxxxxx@adomain.com
   500 Host server does no support 8bitmime

3. The same happens if I send a mail with a word-document
   as an attachment.

4. if I send new message with only text in it works ok, if I try
   to copy or paste some part of the original message, again it
   is rejected.
