[Evolution] Exchange 2003 Connection

Unfortunately connector isn't the most stable piece of software out there.  If the error happens frequently, start connector with gdb, get a stack trace and file a bug report.  If it's reproducible the connector team should be able to fix it.

After upgrading the evolution-data-server from 1.0.3-1 to 1.0.3-2 i'm
able
to connect to my exchange server, but now i got the following error
message:

The application "evolution-exchange-storage" has quit enexpectedly
