[Evolution] Getting Evo to work with Maildir/ format

I certainly did, many moons ago. I have two accounts created, one
POP3 account that I use until this problem is resolved, and a Procmail
account, which has all the correct maildir/ format settings applied.
When I select the procmail account, my Local Folders list changes a
little.
This may be important to you... Below "Trash", I have two question
marks like so...
- ?
--?
This may be where you are expecting to see ~Maildir/, but it is not
there. Evolution put a ? there instead.
