[Evolution] Getting Evo to work with Maildir/ format

There should be a checkbox in the account editor for the Maildir account
saying "Apply filters to INBOX" or some such... is that checked? If not,
toggle it.
If it *is* toggled, then maybe it is a bug? *shrug*
