[Evolution] Weird Cyrillic-related bug - report or try fixing?

Hello,

Evolution has a weird Cyrillic-related bug. It was in 1.2.3. It is in
1.4.5. (A part of the subject line gets duplicated under certain
conditions).

Reporting it in a Bugzilla that does not support Cyrillic is quite hard.
Reproducing it on a non-Cyrillic machine may be even harder.

Should I try reporting it anyway, or instead, grab the source RPM from
my distro and try fixing the bug?
