It should happen automatically, although for 1.4.6 i can't recall if it
works right. Also, some servers let you subscribe to folders which
don't exist, and if you're using the 'show only subscribed' option, we
just display what the server sends us. So in some cases you still need
to manually unsubscribe since the server is still saying you are
subscribed.
