[Evolution] Problems sending smtp mail in Evo 1.4.5 and 1.5.0

Note that if you have mail sitting in your outbox, it will keep track of
the setting when the mail was sent (i think).

So make sure you clear it out and send a fresh mail when the setting
changes.
