It used to.  But i vaguely recall it being fixed, but i wasn't sure,
hence the 'i think'.  It may not be an issue infact, afterall.

IIRC changes to the account settings will affect mails queued in Outbox.
At least I changed the SMTP hosts several times when I forgot to change
it before sending -- and yes, it works. :)
