[Evolution] How Best to use Evolution?

I took the approach of multiple folders in IMAP as well.  My thinking
was that organization is a good thing.

It also makes searches easier if you know the specific folder.  I do not
have any 'matches', so everything is under the Unmatched vfolder.  I can
still search that vfolder, but for me, it takes a while to build and I
rarely use it.
