We've had a few guys pop up on the hackers list with announcements and
often the next mail is './configure wont work in cygwin', at which point
we doubt anything is going to really happen with that effort.
There have been some more serious looking ones, but no updates or
anything. We're not opposed to it, just have none of the resources or
skills (i've never programmed on windows since a university project, and
that was using borland c on 3.11).
