[Evolution] IMAP filter question

I don't have access to the servers.  But it does sound like filtering
mail on my IMAP account should work without manual intervention.  I
think I've got things set up correctly but apparently I'm missing
something.  I'm at a loss as to what to try next.

I'd really like to get it working since Evolution won't be a viable
option if I have to run filters by hand.  Has anyone else been through
this and figured out how to make it work?

If you have control of the IMAP servers, you could implement
