[Evolution] Evolution with with kolab address book

Has anyone been able to setup the ldap addressbock so it will connect
and read the addresses in the kolab addressbook.
It wasn't much of a problem to set it up in Mozilla/Netscape or Kmail,
but I cannot get it to work in Evo. It keeps me asking about the
password.
