[Evolution] calendar events not being notified -- possible

In my case clicking on the calendar component makes no difference.

no, I don't get any notifications at all. However I think now think the
problem started when we went on to daylight saving. I seem to remember
that I had this problem in one other version of evo too.
Developers: Are you sure that there are no lurking assumptions that
offsets from UTC/GMT are in the range -1200 to +1200? We are currently
-1300...
