[Evolution] Debian hang on 1.4->2.0.2 upgrade

If you have all you want, just set the gconf key /apps/evolution/version
to
"2.0.0"
Next time you start it wont try to migrate.
Before you do, perhaps you can start it in gdb and hit ctrl-c when it
hangs and submit a bug report with a backtrace.
