[Evolution] .evolution/mail/config files

I can only imagine that the backup software is having problems with some
of the filenames(?). They are just normal files. Try tar'ing them up,
or maybe living without them backed up - it mainly affects the 'views'
of mail folders, like what columns to show and sort order, so it may be
inconvenient, but not critical.
