[Evolution] Adding entries to LDAP addressbook

It doesn't look like there's any sort of query being generated though, since 
nothing appears in debug, messages, syslog, or any other log i can tell, on 
pretty much the highest debug level.  Or is there something I'm missing 
here?

Any thoughts on how to figure this out?  Any reasons other than the result 
of an ldap query everything could be getting greyed out?
