yeah, it will be this, ~/.evolution/mail/searches.xml containing the
searches.  - actually, just use tools->edit saved searches, and remove
them there.

It might be an upgrade issue - what was the previous version of
evolution you were using before 2.0.3?  Add that to the bug report.

In old versions of evolution we only used searches in the local file,
but then users could accidentally remove all searches.
