hi,

hehe... your desciption is very general. it seems like you are running
evolution version 2.1.1 which is an *old* and unstable development
version (current development version is 2.1.3.2).
i'd consider updating to the latest unstable version or going back to
the latest stable version (version 2.0.3), to see if your problem still
occurs.
