[Evolution] can't access address book

I'm trying to compile 2.1.3 and it complains about libgtkhtml-3.6, which
is newer than anything on my distribution disk.  I also can't find it
with a Google search.  Any ideas?

I found  libgtkhtml-3.1 in the Gnome lib64 directory.
