[Evolution] Setting the default signature?

Oh, ok, here's what I just found: the Signatures tab creates sigs.
This is what I did to set the default sig:
Edit->Preferences
Mail Accounts
Edit (whichever account you desire)
Identify tab
Optional Information
Signature: drop-down list
--
signature #2
