[Evolution] Can't change password of POP profile

All,

Evolution 2.0.2 on Fedora Core 3.

I have changed my account password on the mail server (AIX, Qpopper 4.0.5
: works great).
Telnet to mail server on port 110 (pop3) with USER and PASS commands show
that the server is just fine.
The problem is that I can't change the password stored in my Evolution
profile.
It is configured with Server Type = POP, Authentication Type = Password,
Remember Password = Yes.
I have even deleted and recreated the profile but tcpdump shows that
Evolution keeps using the *old* password.
What is needed for Evolution to prompt for the password ?
Is Delete Profile really deleting something ? Should I delete a file
manually in ~/.evolution/... ?

Cheers, Philippe.
