[Evolution] Converting Berkley DB version 7 to 8

Hello

During migration from Outlook to Evolution I've created a addressbook.db
file with my contacts from Outlook with Outport. I've found out with
"file addressbook.db" the file format: Berkeley DB (Hash, version 7,
native byte-order) On the other hand Evolution 2.2.2 uses the version 8
of the Berkeley DB so I need to convert the file from 7 to 8. Does
anybody know how to do this? Opening version 7 with Evolution 2.2.2
doesn't work, all contacts with special chars are corrupted.
