[Evolution] changed menu shortcut key in 2.2.3

currently there are even three mnemonics "n" and two mnemonics "v". i'm
going to submit a patch for this.
...sometimes i think that the english language just hasn't got enough
characters, there are only three characters that are not used as
mnemonics in that menu (and cannot be used, because for example there is
just no word in the menu that includes a "b").
