[Evolution] Evolution 2.2 setup and calendar view

Hi,

Running Fedora Core 4 and Evolution 2.2.2

1. Creating a Microsoft Exchange account.
Could not create an account from the Evolution. After a google search,
I found out that I need to run ximian-connector-setup-2.2.

I think this is a usability issue, at least evolution should say "you
need to run ximian-connector-setup-2.2".

2. Calender does not show correctly with Exchange server. Previously It
was working fine with Fedora Core 3, Evolution 2.0.4.
I am sure the meetings are setup right and I could check them using
Outlook. 

It is the Evolution 2.2.2, not showing the calendar appointments right.
For example, if I have a meeting at 5.30 PM and Evolution shows at 12
AM. and so on, randomly showing. But if I click on any of the meeting
Start and End times shows correctly on the meeting request.
