[Evolution] gentoo + Evolution-2.2.1.1 + ximian-connector Missing Development libraries

I tried upgrading to evolution-2.2.1.1 on gentoo and for some reason,
ximian-connector isn't working. (version 2.0.2) 

The option for it isn't even around. When I
run /usr/bin/ximian-connector-setup-2.0 I get this libeshell error. I
checked and it;s there.

I tried re-emerging it and had this error

configure ... Evolution development libraries not found

Where can I find these libraries??
