[Evolution] Free/Busy Time on Exchange

Everything works with the evolution-exchange connector except for free/busy. 
  When I setup my free/busy server to point to my web exchange email 
account, it works but very intermittently.  About 10% of the time when I go 
to the scheduling tab, I will be able to see free/busy time, but the other 
90% of the time, I can't see anyones (not even mine).

Any ideas?
