[Evolution] Using web calendars

I've now checked with tcpdump and found that no packets are sent to
ical.mac.com when I create the new calendars.  I set the refresh time to
1 minute and left it for a few minutes, still no go.

Do "On the Web" calendars actually work in evolution-2.0.4?
