[Evolution] gentoo + Evolution-2.2.1.1 + ximian-connector Missing Development libraries [Solved]

Okay.. as indicated by Andrew, it's a packaging problem. Gentoo portage
does not have ximian-connector-2.2. Had to go searching in Bugzilla for
it.

It works Now.
