[Evolution] Had to kill X, and now Evo hangs

After having to kill X the other day with <Ctrl>-<Alt>-<BS>, Evo
won't complete it's start-up any more.  It seems to freeze at
"Scanning IMAP folders...".

Attached is the output from running it with CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1.

Anyone have any hints?
