Does this version work when compiled --without-java? The problem was saving 
files in OO2 formats (clicking on save in file chooser didn't produce any 
result - just nothing happened; there were some hints that can happen due to 
disabled java).

ah, btw. --with-system-cairo doesn't work (ooo-build fails with info about 
missing tarballs).
