[Open Office] SL 10 B1 build instructions ...

Hi guys,

	In case anyone is struggling to build OO.o on SL10.0 B1 - Raul has a
load of instructions & some packages:

I've been trying to build OOo from ooo-build on a new install of SuSE 10
and there are some missing packages on the CDs that are required. I
thought I selected a full install of devel packages, but I still had
some missing.

[ The only one I'm not sure about is unixODBC-devel. Thing was that
pmladek sent me the complete list of devel packages for ooo-build on
autobuild and I went over each of them checking and installed that as
well because I did not want the build to break any more. ]

We also need a configure check for mozilla-nss-devel ? Build breaks in
libxmlsec/ otherwise.
