Thanks! This is great stuff. I'll add it to ooo-build CVS when I've tried it 
out (initially in ArkOnly, until we add a configure switch to enable/disable 
it).

Looking at the issue report, skeleton.tgz seems to be rather old; is there a 
reason to prefer it over the later versions, such as
