[Open Office] Build error in cli_ure with m142

Hi,

I got this build error in the project cli_use with m142 when mono enabled:

In the previous milestones, the .exe commands were used only in the 
subdirectories that were built on Windows only. The AL.exe command is called 
even in the subdirectories that are build on UN*X now.

I do not understand the mono stuff much. Could anybody help me to fix it?
