Yes - so far all my attempts to build with gcj-dbtool enabled have failed (The 
box would just swap itself to death and then OOM-kill all processes --- not 
all that surprising given I have only 256 MB RAM).

Yes, works for me now

Waiting for feedback from someone using a non-GCJ JDK --- I put them into 
ArkOnly to make sure I'm not breaking anyone else's build.

Other than not knowing if they break any other JDKs, I don't see a reason not 
to apply them everywhere.
