for me, it is interesting for several other reasons too ;-) I have never
seen so many redundant ";" ;-) Also using cat file | something is not very
shell-ish ;-) Ok, ok.
But in general: I think it makes sense!
Separating localize.sdf files makes sense because people building en-US or
de do not need them at all.
Separating binfilter makes sense too, because many people do not need it at
all and configure is setup so it configures --without-binfilter if there is
no binfilter module.
Separating -system doesn't make sense to me though ;-) It makes sense for
distributors but not for people who build separately, because if they do
not have at least one library from there, they have to fetch it
completely. It also doesn't make sense to people on Windows...
