Hi,

I've removed Evo2 and KAddressBook sections from the 'apply' file, and 
introduced AddressBooks section containing these patches instead (in 
LinuxCommon).  I also disabled the connectivity-kab.diff and merge-kab.diff 
for m127 and newer, and added cws-kaddrbook.diff instead.

cws-kaddrbook.diff is a snapshot of the kaddrbook CWS which Eric uses for the 
development.  I fixed dbaccess-evo-changes.diff and wizard-evo-local.diff to 
apply after the cws-kaddrbook.diff, so that we will have no problem when 
Eric's work gets integrated into the OOo HEAD.  Also, the updates of the 
snapshot will be easier - we'll just replace cws-kaddrbook.diff with a newer 
version.

The changes worked for me, but please test them as well.  I hope there are not 
going to be problems with the dependencies of the patches.
