IIRC, there are no #ifdef's in the wizards.

I was quite surprised there were no #ifdef's for the other drivers either. 

That might mean that you can add a data source for a driver that you have not. 
I don't know if this has bad consequences.

Well, you won't see KDE address book if you run OOo under windows, for 
example. There are #ifdef's for that.
