[Open Office] go-oo mirroring

It is now possible (and encouraged) to mirror the go-ooo.org packages
directory.  You may do so with rsync (go-oo.org::packages).  Rsyncd is
set up to only allow 5 simultaneous connections, due to the meager
resources available on the machine.  The recommended mirroring procedure
would be to jam something like: "rsync -azq --delete --partial
go-oo.org;:packages /some/directory/where/you/want/" into your crontab.

Configure will now take the --with-mirror option, so you you can set it
to the URL prefix of where you like, such as
"--with-mirror=http://www.foo.bar/mirror"
