[Open Office] Crashing when selecting email application

Since I still was getting crashes in 2.0.2 when selecting
email application, nevertheless the recent fix_filedlghelper.diff, into:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 
'com::sun::star::ucb::InteractiveNetworkGeneralException

and

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'com::sun::star::io::IOException'

I modified the fix_filedlghelper.diff as follows in attach. With this version
the crash doesn't seem happening anymore.

Please can someone review the patch to see whether it's correct?
