	Wow - this is really cool; I used this and uncovered a number of
stupidities in my patches where issues were marked fixed without being
fixed, and so on ;-)

	Of course, the number / proportion of patches without owners / issues
is climbing as we up-stream more stuff; the current --statistic-no-issue
breakdown looks like this:

	It seems that a number of the cross-distribution no-issue bugs are
essentially the same patch copied again and again ;-( I guess we should
focus on those, since they're most popular.
