[Open Office] VBA patches

Hi Robert,
I'm sorry that this happened, for some reason it worked for me, then 
failed after another modification. There is an order dependency 
introduced after I last regenerated vba-basic-default.diff. In the apply 
file vba-basic-defulat should now appear after 
patches/vba/basic-newsize-image-layout.diff.

basic-newsize-image-layout is changing USHORT -> UINT32
vba-basic-default should now show UINT32(s) in the differenences

can you update and check again

( I hope your patches haven't go into a knot like they did for me, I was 
able to save myself by some protracted manual tweaking )
